[Bug 35488] does not keep mouse full-screen applications in Mint 16 x64

Found the solution by accident.
Deb package set which teamviever reload repository desired him what that i386
packages.
After installing it became Wine capture mouse as in a conventional 32-bit
version.

PS
It turns out that the wine immediately undercharge necessary libraries.
