Thanks for the reply! 

I have added the log. I had a look while it was running and after all the
server_ioctl_file Unsupported lines it still played and ran until I clicked on
the problem level. So I don't know if those errors above affected it (even
though it seems like it keeps repeating the same error). The lines below were
during play and after I closed the crash dialogue.
