I can confirm this bug/crash

Tried several things, currently stuck at:

0152:trace:resource:LoadStringW L"Taskleiste konnte nicht initialisiert werden.
Fehler: %d" loaded !
0152:Ret  user32.LoadStringW() retval=00000038 ret=0040f86e
0152:Call KERNEL32.RaiseException(0eedfade,00000001,00000007,0032fab4)
ret=0063d5c2


Something is missing I guess; tasklist =?
