http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4601 Summary: X Error of failed request: BadAtom (X_GetAtomName) Product: Wine Version: CVS Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: wine-x11driver AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: jave27(a)gmail.com Steps to reproduce: - Install & open Mozilla Seamonkey 1.0 in WINE (may do the same thing in Firefox, haven't tested yet). - Try to install Sid Meijer's Civilization 4, and an InstallShield wizard error occurs. - Click Details to get more information about the error. - Highlight the text of that error, right-click and Copy the text. - Right-click back on SeaMonkey, and SeaMonkey closes with the following error to StdErr: X Error of failed request: BadAtom (invalid Atom parameter) Major opcode of failed request: 17 (X_GetAtomName) Atom id in failed request: 0x0 Serial number of failed request: 8445 Current serial number in output stream: 8447 I didn't see any X_GetAtomName bugs in bugzilla, and google has very little on the subject.
