Thanks for the log again. I just found the issue.

Your wineprefix is not installed in a disk, it looks like it is a RAM disk,
maybe network share (?). GetDriveTypeW should have returned 3 (DRIVE_FIXED).
The game is not installing because it is checking all drives to find "good"
ones, and in your case there are no results.
