OK, I don't see the "Operation failed" error message when installing 1.5.  I
think the problems with this app have changed somewhat since this bug was
opened.
There are no traces, so it's not easy to see what component this bug would
refer to.  It seems to have become a meta-bug.

Each issue now has a separate bug open for it (some of which are resolved).

Can this be closed?
