The workaround works here, too, for Pro Plus. 

The line

    <Display Level="none" CompletionNotice="no" SuppressModal="yes"
AcceptEula="yes" />

isn't necessary; that just makes it a silent install, so you don't have to
accept the EULA, etc., but doesn't affect activation (at least not on my
system).
