[pcbsd(a)pcbsd ~/wine-git/dlls/quartz/tests]$ rm referenceclock.ok ; make
referenceclock.ok
../../../tools/runtest -q -P wine -M quartz.dll -T ../../.. -p
quartz_test.exe.so referenceclock.c && touch referenceclock.ok
referenceclock.c:89: Test failed: SystemClock - Expected difference around
10000000, got 11750000
*** Error code 1

Fails around 1/4 time.
