https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16302 --- Comment #30 from Jordyn <quietraccoon(a)gmail.com> --- Created attachment 51406 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=51406 Startup script for Oblivion Just in case it's of any use at all, here's a simple script I use for starting Oblivion. It will automatically clear the SIntroSequence line if the game reset it. As is, the script also tells Wine to load native versions of a few DLL (winetricks: quartz, amstream, devenum), which was needed for me to prevent crashing within a minute of starting game. Change WINE_BOTTLE to the path of your prefix. If you don't use OBSE, then change obse_loader.exe to Oblivion.exe The only time now that I ever have to sit through the intro movies is if I install Oblivion on a fresh prefix and forget to run OblivionLauncher.exe at least once before starting game, or forget to copy a backed up Oblivion.ini OS: Arch Linux Wine version: 1.7.42 (at time of posting this) Prefix: 64-bit Windows version: 7 Virtual desktop: no -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
