Yes, it needs it, with the stub implementation the sleeping dogs demo goes
"much" further (it may need a lot more than simple stubs, it seems to use
deferred contexts extensively).

On-topic;
Since Witcher 1.31, the game doesn't call CreateDeferredContext at all anymore,
at least not at the very beginning of a new game (Steam version).
The main menu looks the same as before (GTX 980, 375.20, staging and vanilla).
And yes, CSMT breaks it.
