[Bug 31578] Deadlock in wined3d_main.c: wined3d_cs (Sacred Gold)

I'm trying to find that out.
Building 8a95eb060449e93bc38af1cabc928f0a959e9e14 (the bad commit from bug
31406) seemed to not lead to the deadlock. I'm still unsure if it is not in
that commit or if I was just "lucky" right now.

I'll try to find out.
