wine-4.10 + d3d8to9-1.9.2 + native d3dx9_43 and d3dcompiler_43

I did not realize that using native versions of d3dx9_43 and d3dcompiler_43 is
often required for d3d8to9 and now the game looks correct after a few minutes
of testing.
