I detailed everything in <https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40430#c12> To reproduce with GeForce Experience one first needs to start the Scheduler service ('wine net start schedule'). You also need to work around Nvidia GPU check. It doesn't work even though I have an Nvidia GPU.
