Setting aside why it's looping--I have no idea what it's expecting to change--this error gives a hint. 0x800b0109 is CERT_E_UNTRUSTEDROOT. Is the root certificate installed on your system? Wine doesn't install any certificates itself, and restricts itself to those installed on your machine. Those sometimes differ between Windows and *ix. Also, it may be that the installation instructions direct you to install a root certificate, I don't know.
