[Bug 30819] File|Open and File|Save doesn't work, crash with Wine COMCTL32.DLL, COMDLG32.DLL

The new installer seems to bundle with all kind of garbage, it doesnt start
correctly without winetricks -q ie8.

I am still figuring out where it did download the program.
