For simplicity sake (the file to read is tiny), I use a synchronous process with no callback. With Wine, the program opens and runs. I've tried with the INTERNET_FLAG_NO_CACHE_WRITE with no better result. Please note the "fixme:wininet..." doesn't always appear.
