I don't think uninstalling wine removes the whole .wine folder in your home
directory, so no.
This folder contains all your installed programs and configuration for this
WINEPREFIX, could you rename it temporarily (or delete it, if you don't care
about your wine data/programs) and then reinstall and retry BluOS again?
