[Bug 31802] World of Warplanes fails to play intro video

Okay. I changed the VideoPCIDeviceID field in the registry. Also, I was running
this under wineskin. There is an option to auto-detect gpu in their
configuration. This is what was overriding the value in the first place. I
still have the same issue though. I'm updating all the log files to reflect the
current issues.
