[Bug 8086] gdi32 font test fails in fonts with charset 130

No I don't think it should be reverted, but the test and or wine should be
fixed. Just removing the test doesn't help us. Does the test work on Windows
with these specific fonts? Then there is some bug in Wine and/or freetype
otherwise the test or the font has a bug. I'd appreciate it if somebody
investigated this before 1.0 .
