[Bug 46567] DX11 games fail to start with wine-staging 4.2 on Ubuntu 18.04.2 or 18.10

I blocked radeon completely and now amdgpu's kernel is the one running now.
Still Cuphead, and Ori and The Blind Forest crashes at the beginning with the
same terminal output that I uploaded before. This issue happens with Ubuntu and
Linux Mint, and they run fine with Manjaro Linux with the same wine version,
and the same mesa drivers.
