[Bug 26285] Mass Effect 2 Demo ignores keyboard input until mouse clicked

On my ubuntu 10.10 system with wine from git, it seems to
obey the keyboard better before the first mouse click.

Remaining problem: in the main menu, when you're choosing
whether to do a new game or resume, you can use the keyboard
to move up or down in the menu, but not to accept a menu item;
you still have to click on it.
