[Bug 31788] Run the tests in Wine on Mac OS X

Travis CI supports build and test C language projects as well as many other
language projects on both Linux and Mac.

I've successfully(?) build Wine64 on Linux VM on Travis CI, but failed to run
test. I haven't try build Wine on Mac on Travis CI yet.
