While testing for bug 12075, I found that the Endnote demo crashes on launch
because of unimplemented functions in gdiplus:

gdiplus.dll.GdipGetImageDecodersSize, aborting
wine: Call from 0x7b844350 to unimplemented function
gdiplus.dll.GdipGetImageFlags, aborting
wine: Call from 0x7b844350 to unimplemented function
