The following batch code produces different results on wine cmd and windows
cmd:

call :subroutine || exit /B 0
echo "after subroutine call"
:subroutine
goto :EOF

Expected output: "after subroutine call"

Actual output:
 - Wine cmd: nothing
 - Windows cmd: "after subroutine call"
