That said, it's still a bug. Adding stubs for this and other encryptedfileraw functions lets it get a bit further. It then fails telling me that my OS is not supported. Setting windows version to win7 gets it a bit further still, at which point I get errors about failing to connect to the internet. That's a different bug, however.
