Different architectures.

Bug 32991 report is about missing ntdll RtlUnwindEx implementation on ARM/ARM64
(even tho the title states 'KERNEL32.dll.RtlUnwindEx').

Here the x86_64 implementation is already there and the forward to ntdll is
missing.
