last 1500 lines before maessagebox

I extracted last 1500 lines before messagebox. This is 16 bit  app then right?

I don`t know what`s wrong, but afaict there seems to be a suspicious thing that
it cannot find version info size of gdi.exe becuase of not being able to load
gdi.exe (error 000000c1 seems to be ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT). ????
