Currently I am having to do this using code similar to: stprintf( b, TEXT( "/bin/mknod -m %o /dev/cpu/%u/msr c 202 %u" ), m, i, i ); _tsystem( b ); which works, but is not ideal if there is a failure and I should report an error.
