[Bug 32413] Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (Steam version) does not start on 64bit WINEPREFIX

Update: I just created a 32bit WINEPREFIX and installed Steam there. Now
everything works fine. So it seems that the problem only occurs on a 64bit
WINEPREFIX.
