wine-1.7.11-272-gc7a11f9 console output

The .desktop file no longer contains the "#" so it looks like that is created
correctly, but the result is the same in wine-1.7.11-272-gc7a11f9.

Tried ie6, ie7 and ie8 but they made no difference. Native hnetcfg from Windows
7 has too many dependencies.
