[Bug 36720] LCMapString with the parameter NORM_IGNORENONSPACE does not remove diacritics

I could find a workaround :
- call FoldString (MAP_COMPOSITE)
- call LCMapString (NORM_IGNORENONSPACE)
- call FoldString (MAP_PRECOMPOSED)

It works fine
