Last time I did it by entering the Wine IRC channel, but you can also use other ways: https://www.winehq.org/help The best would be probably purchasing CrossOver to get the commercial customer support from CodeWeavers, the company behind Wine project. However, none of these methods will be a 100% guarantee that someone will fix this bug.
