[Bug 20842] Python: ctrl-c and ctrl-d do not work in wineconsole [dogfood]

Ctrl-C indeed works on current operations in wineconsole for python, but Ctrl-D
and Ctrl-Z both print white squares.

As for curses interface:
Arrow down/up/left/right go completely CRAZY on the screen. Ctrl-D exits python
but only after hitting enter.
