[Bug 34286] dinput doesn't report DIDOI_ASPECT* for joystick axes

I was able to successfully play Final Fantasy XIV with my Logitech F310 game
pad using this patch. Previously I couldn't calibrate the controller because
the game wouldn't recognize the analog sticks.

After compiling with this patch, I was able to successfully calibrate the
controller in the game. All buttons are functional.
