[Bug 16122] Output area of a window moves twice as fast as the window itself

Well after properly setting up the fullscreen mode it works. Also works well if
to switch to fullscreen and back, but this was always so.

Another problem that appears is that the color/black&white switch (scroll lock)
does not toggle now. It resets to color mode after pressing any key.
