I finally had a look, and nothing stands out. Does 'winetricks secur32' work around the issue for you?
No, it doesn't. I don't know, there are some troubles during installation, see bug 20651, however IIRC this bug was here long before bug 20651 showed up probably with some Impulse changes. Any more info needed?
