[Bug 17698] E Sky flight simulator installees but crashes when run

I installed the dll file.  It gets past that error message , but it still
crashes
I get the following pop-up message:

Exception Eaccess vilation in module FMS.exe at 00000018 
Access violation at address 00000018 in module FMS.exe
Write of address 00000018
