Ah marvelous: with current git i only had to install corefonts, and copy the
l_int.nls to system32. After doing that, Fastmd5 starts fine! Also the comdlg
bug is fixed (see other bug for pdfxviewer). Now we're getting somewhere!
Note: for the dotnet2.0 installer i had to set version back to win2k, otherwise
it crashed
