When I try to install Harmony Assistant 9.9.9i I receive error
messages."Impossible to write. Quit the application or delete the target folder
before retrying.
I deleted the target folder but it didn't make a difference. 
I was using a previous version of Harmony Assistant with WINE without any
problems. 
I made new target folder, but it didn't make any difference. 
I tried to install a previous version of HA and received the same error
messages.
