As I said, the problem also occurs without Gallium Nine enabled. Here is a terminal output without Gallium Nine.

That said, I suspect you are simply running into virtual memory exhaustion, and there is largely nothing that can be done about that. Why is that?
"Insufficient RAM" is a bit of a dead giveaway; the fact that it happens "especially in crowded areas" as well.
