[Bug 30496] Serif WebPlus X2 and X5 crash on startup in mshtml

Those two urls are dead. The only Webplus page I found on that site was
http://www.softwareload.de/shop/webplus-x5-741039.html (which appears to be the
full version). Can you please retest Focht?

I did find
http://download.cnet.com/Serif-WebPlus-Starter-Edition/3000-10248_4-75558786...,
which has x5 in the name, but it appears to be a different program (and has its
own crash on startup, bug 37005).
