I have an implementation of SetupDiCallClassInstaller(), but that's only one
part of the puzzle and a very minor one at that.
UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices() is the second part, work in ntoskrnl to fix
our broken PNP implementation is the third and most daunting part.
