I used "winetrick dotnet20" and windows version 2003, then installed Paint.NET.3.31.exe. It installed without error. Application starts, and few function works - drawing area, status bar, saving files. Rest is broken. Then i repeated the same on problematic box from which i reported bug. 1. Removed ~/.wine/ 2. winetricks dotnet20 2. winecfg 3. set windows version 2003 4. wine Paint.Net.3.31.exe 5. Crash, just like ffirst time.
