I intend to vote this down, based on a topic on bethesda's forum. Windows users
are experiencing this problem as well, which makes this bug report pointless,
as the code correctly imitates windows!
now if I could only find that topic on the forum...

in any case the best solution if you intend to alt-tab is to run it windowed,
nuff said :P
