The site offers a 30 day free trial..Have you tested that?
Also, try without native dlls. If they must be used, file bugs (check for dupes first) for the reason you're using them.
I already have the program, I mentioned that for people who didn't. As you'll notice without the native DLL's, the program will try loading the plugins, then lock up on the cmbtex.dlt plugin file, resulting in that final error.
