I managed to do a regression test but I don't think I'm having the same issue
so... well, once I got something that sounds similar -- stuck in a loop -- but
retrying worked? For me winetricks finishes but I get dozens of mscorsvw.exe
processes sticking around. meh, going to sleep on it.
