Sorry, I don't understand what is going wrong. There doesn't seem to be
something wrong with the parameters, since that on its own works.

Maybe a WINEDEBUG=+region,+dib,+gdi,+clipping,+dc log would help.

Otherwise, a way to reproduce myself would be really useful.
