[Bug 20566] icons of size 24x24 are black

Native comctl32 does not work.

I tried to install MS common controls 5.80 by using winetricks
and set comctl32 as native.

That was only partially helpful. The icons are not black anymore
but now other GUI elements are not visible or not drawn correctly.
