[Bug 45142] (DX11) Unigine Heaven 4.0 shows black screen while benchmarking on Windows

All supported version of windows have DX11 support, do we care about wine
running on windows xp or vista?

While this might be true, in this case it looks more like a bug with windows -
not sure how important fixing that is. I know a lot of issues with wined3d on
windows, but it never seemed important to me.
