Possibly. It would be nice to have HTTP/1.1 support in Wine 1.0 though.

Implementing chunked response handling requires some careful surgery in
the guts of wininet but I think it can be done in the 1.0 time frame. I'll
have a look after I'm done fiddling with Photoshop and mscms.
